Lallemand – Scott Laboratories R&D Day
The Lallemand – Scott Laboratories Day, organized at the BENSON HOTEL, Portland, Oregon, will cover vineyard solutions to enhance grape and wine quality, bioprotection against undesirable microorganisms and oxidation, new biological tools to safely conduct alcoholic & malolactic fermentations, recent microbiological innovations and a study on product perceptions and consumer preferences.
Tasting sessions will be organized throughout the day to emphasize the discussions, with trial and commercial wines issued from the research carried out by Lallemand Oenology, Scott Laboratories and their partners.
